• Every year, Jaycee's from all across the state of Missouri head to Sedalia, Missouri for one special day of the State Fair. Access Day! Access day is a special day where people with disabilities and special needs are gives priority access to all the fun parts of the Missouri State Fair. The Jaycees dedicate their day to preparing and feeding several thousand special needs fair goers and their caretakers. If you have never been it is one of things where you walk away feeling like you have done something worth doing, giving many people who do not get to experience everything in life one very special day at the fair! It takes an army of Jaycees!
